1. How long do treatments take?

Most appointments take 20–45 minutes, depending on the service. Your first visit may be slightly longer so we can review your goals and medical history.

2. Do treatments hurt?

Most clients describe the feeling as quick and very tolerable. We use gentle techniques and topical numbing (when appropriate) to keep you comfortable.

3. When will I see results?

Botox/Dysport: 3–7 days
Filler: Immediate, with full settling in 1–2 weeks
IV Therapy: Improvements can be felt the same day

4. How long do results last?

Botox/Dysport: 3–4 months
Lip/dermal filler: 6–12+ months (varies by area and product)
IV Therapy: Varies based on hydration, lifestyle, and treatment type

5. Is there any downtime?

Most treatments have minimal downtime. You may experience slight redness or swelling that resolves quickly. We provide all aftercare instructions before we leave.

6. Can I get treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. Neurotoxins and fillers are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We’ll help you plan for future treatments when it’s safe.

7. What if I’m not sure which treatment I need?

No problem — we’ll recommend the best options based on your concerns, goals, and facial anatomy. You’ll never feel pressured or upsold.

8. What should I avoid before my appointment?

To reduce bruising:
Avoid alcohol 24 hours before
Avoid aspirin/NSAIDs if medically appropriate
Avoid heavy exercise right before your visit

9. What should I avoid after treatment?

No touching or massaging the area
Avoid lying flat for 4 hours after Botox
No intense workouts for 24 hours
Avoid alcohol and saunas the same day

10. How do mobile treatments work?

We bring everything needed for a professional, high-end experience — medical supplies, PPE, lighting, and aftercare materials. All you need is a comfortable, clean space.

11. Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?

Just have a well-lit space with a chair/couch, and remove any makeup from the area being treated.

12. Is it safe?

Absolutely. All treatments are performed by a medically licensed provider using FDA-approved products and medical-grade protocols.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA (for qualifying treatments), and pre-paid packages.

14. What if I bruise?

Bruising is normal and temporary. Arnica, ice, and following your aftercare instructions can help minimize this.

15. Can I book a party and a private visit separately?

Yes — you can choose a private appointment, book a Botox party, or mix both depending on your needs.
